The initiator had a business idea for a culturally integrated Mexican gastronomy project: a themed restaurant with fusion cuisine, a central tequila & cocktail bar, boutique (Mexican handicrafts), specialized travel agency and boutique hotel with Mexican décor. The location in the urban center of Basel with its large metropolitan area and easy access to public transportation and the nearby highway is perfect for attracting guests.

The following projects were completed:

• study of the business and marketing plan for the purpose of scrutinizing the overall concept
• consultations for conceptional set-up and layout of the garden with a summer restaurant and lounge
• preparation of travel offers incl. flyer production for the in-house travel agency
