Current Status

In April 2010 the local government is searching for a new operator for the Villa Sunneschy in Stäfa. The large histprical property sits on a strategic position at Lake Zurich and is well known as a recreational and swimming area for the residents.

Mandate

Launch and reopening as a restaurant with the objective to have an all-year around operation, a place to meet and interact and to incorporate the whole terrain. Development of a gastronomy concept for the restaurant, bar, bistro, lounge and the snack-bar.
